IDCOM reserves the right to limit or deny distribution of this program as 
it sees fit. Distribution under this license is personal and does not include
any right to sublicense the software program.

2. Distribution Limitations and Requirements :

This software program may be distributed as long as NO charges of any type
are associated with its distribution, and as long as no files are altered,
removed or modified. You may not reverse engineer, modify or create 
derivative works from this software program. All files described in 
FILES.LIS must be distributed as a complete package.

Online distribution through services such as BBS's, Internet Sites, 
Compuserve, etc., is permitted so long as NO charges other than membership
or download fees are associated with the distribution of the software 
program.

Distribution on floppy disk or CD-Rom through retail stores, direct mail 
order or other channels will be authorized only after the vendor contacts
us and obtains PRIOR written permission to do so.

If you wish to bundle this software program with other software or new 
hardware, please contact us!

By distributing this software program in violation of the terms of this 
license agreement, you are liable to IDCOM for a minimum royalty of $2.00 
per copy sold or distributed.

Its associated trademarks, title, content, layout and format are the
